MPERC allows petition of Jaiprakash Power Ventures v/s MPPMCL for determination of True Up for 2x250 MW Coal Based TPS

Background: Petitioner has filed the subject petition for True-up of Generation Tariff for FY 2023-24 in respect of its 2x250 MW Coal based Thermal Power Station at Bina determined by the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (hereinafter called “the Commission or MPERC”) vide Multi Year Tariff (MYT) Order dated 30th April, 2021.
