First amendment to Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for determination of Transmission Tariff) (Revision -V) Regulations, 2024{ARG-28 (V) (i) of 2025}

Amendment to Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations

In Regulation 2, “Scope and extent of application” of the Principal Regulations, following proviso shall be inserted after first proviso, namely:

“Provided further that exemption from competitive bidding for projects beyond the threshold limit may be considered by the Commission for the following category of projects on the recommendations of State Government and State Transmission Utility:

Specific category of projects of strategic importance, technical upgradation etc;

Projects required to be taken up to cater to an urgent situation.
