Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Methodology for determination of Open Access charges and Banking charges for Green Energy Open Access consumers) Regulations, 2023 (Second Amendments)

Amendment to Regulation 9 of the Principal Regulations:

2.1. 2nd proviso of Regulation 9 of the Principle Regulations shall be substituted by following proviso, namely:

"Provided further that additional surcharge shall not be levied in case green energy open access consumer is availing power from open access upto the extent of his contract demand with Distribution Licensee and fixed charges thereof are paid to the Distribution Licensee.
