In exercise of powers conferred under Section 181 read with Section 86(1)(h) and
(i) of the Electricity Act 2003 (No. 36 of 2003), the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory
Commission hereby proposes to make "Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission
(Ancillary Services) Regulations, 2024.
