In exercise of powers conferred under Section 181 (2) (ZK) read with Sub-section (3) of Section 91 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003) and all powers enabling it in that behalf, the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby proposes to amend (Seventh Amendment) the "Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointment of Consultants) (Revision-I) Regulations, 2009).
