In exercise of powers conferred under Section 181 read with Sections 61, 66 and 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003) thereof, the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby proposes to amend Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Framework for Resource Adequacy) Regulations 2024 {RG-19 (III) of 2024}.
