MPERC: Public Notice for petition by Mahan Transmission Ltd for grant of transmission license for infra development

(Under Section 5(a) of Section 15 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Regulation 1.25 of MPERC (Procedure of Application for License) Regulations, 2004)

M/s. Mahan Transmission Ltd, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at C/o Adani Energy Solutions Ltd, C-105, Anand Niketan, New Delhi 110021, has made an application before the MPERC, Bhopal under Section 14, 15 and 86(1)(d) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for grant of transmission license for development of intra-state transmission system for evacuation of 1230 MW power from proposed thermal power project of M/s Mahan Energen Ltd.
