In exercise of the powers conferred under clauses (r}, {s}and (zp} of Sub-section (2) of Section 181 read with Sub-sections (5), (6) and (7) of Section 42 of the Electricity Act 2003 (36 of 2003) the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby, proposes to make Second amendment to MPERC (Establishment of Forum and Electricity Ombudsman for redressal of grievances of the consumers) (Revision-II) Regulations, 2021 (RG-3(II) of 2021).
