MSEDCL Issue tender for Setting Up of 2,000 MW/4,000 MW BESS Projects Under Tariff-Based Global Competitive Bidding

Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) has issued a Request for Selection (RfS) inviting bids for the development of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with a capacity of 2,000 MW / 4,000 MWh. This will be undertaken under a Tariff-Based Global Competitive Bidding process on a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) model, primarily for "on-demand" usage by MSEDCL.
