Scope and Applicability:
These Regulations would apply to the DRES installed in the area of supply of the distribution licensee.
The consumer may own the DRES or may enter into a contract with the RESCO on mutual commercial arrangements for the establishment of the DRES under different metering mechanism provided under these regulations.
