NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) has issued an EPC tender to develop an 80MW/320 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Kerala, connected to KSEB substations at Pothencode and Sreekantapuram, bids due September 16, 2025. The project is split into two 40 MW/160 MWh blocks. Bidders must handle turnkey EPC activities, including transportation, storage, and commissioning, and obtain site-specific data.
