NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL), the renewable arm of NTPC, has issued a tender for the development of a 215 MW wind energy project for IndianOil NTPC Green Energy Private Limited (INGEL), a 50:50 joint venture between Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL).
