Background: The Petitioner-M/s. GRIDCO Limited has filed the present application under Section 86(1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with the OERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations,2004 to frame suitable appropriate mechanisms for realization of consumers’ outstanding and settlement of old outstanding dues of GRIDCO for the pre-vesting period.
