Background: An application for approval of Aggregate Revenue Requirement and determination of Transmission Tariff for FY 2026-27 filed by OPTCL under Sections 62, 64 and all other applicable provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with relevant provisions of OERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004, OERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Transmission Tariff) Regulations, 2014 and other tariff-related matters for the FY 2026-27 along with its Truing up of expenses for the FY 2024-25 in compliance to the Regulation-7 of the OERC (Terms & Conditions for Determination of Transmission Tariff) Regulations, 2014.
