Background: The Petitioner-M/s. TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL) has filed this application seeking approval for Additional Capital Investment Plan for FY 2025-26 in compliance with vesting order of the Commission and in conformity with the OERC (Terms and Conditions for determination of Wheeling Tariff and Retail Supply Tariff) Regulations, 2022 for making power supply to consumers of Balasore & Keonjhar towns more reliable, the phasing out of vulnerable PTRs to prevent sudden outage, transformation of City PSS from AIS to GIS and construction of new Corporate Office at Balasore.
