Background: The Petitioner- M/s. TP North Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL) has filed an application for approval of its Capital Investment plan for FY 2026-27 in compliance to the OERC (Terms and Conditions for determination of Wheeling Tariff and Retail Supply Tariff) Regulations, 2022 for network strengthening, improvement in power supply quality & reliability, meeting load growth, reducing the losses and for taking up safety & statutory activities in its area of operation.
