(MSEDCL) has filed the present Petition being Case No. 156 of 2024 on 16 September 2024 under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 21 of the MERC (Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2019 and Regulation 39 (c) of MERC (Transaction of Business and Fees & Charges) Regulations, 2022.
