The present petition was filed by Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Vidyut Sadan, Vidyut Nagar, Hisar, Haryana – 125005. The Petitioner is a State-owned Distribution Company and registered under the Companies Act, 1956, formed under corporatization / restructuring of erstwhile Haryana State Electricity Board (HSEB) and are responsible for the distribution and retail supply of electricity in the South Zone of the State of Haryana.
