This Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, THDC India Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘THDCIL’), under Regulation 19 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Indian Electricity Grid Code) Regulations, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Grid Code’), as amended from time to time, with the following prayers:
