The petition has been placed before the Commission for
admission. After considering the averments made therein, a petition is admitted.
The petition involves public interest. Accordingly, the petitioner shall publish a
public notice as required under Regulation 67 of the PSERC (Conduct of
Business) Regulations 2005.
