PSERC dismisses petition of PSTCL for the approval of Revised Scope/ Cost of the works already approved in MYT 2023-26

Background: Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited (PSTCL) has filed this petition under Regulation-9 of PSERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Generation, Transmission, Wheeling and Retail Supply Tariff) Regulations, 2022 for the approval of the Revised scope/cost of the works already approved in MYT 2023-26 and for the inclusion of new works of Urgent Nature (Capital works) in the 3rd MYT Control Period FY2023-24 to FY 2025-26.
