Background: The Petitioner (PEDA) has filed the present petition for seeking approval of the deviations in the MoP’s Guidelines for Tariff Based Competitive Bidding Process and consequent terms and conditions to be set out in the Request for Selection RfS and the draft PPA to be issued for selection/procurement of Power from Grid Connected Solar PV Power Projects for feeder level solarization of grid connected agricultural pumps in the State.
