Background: Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has filed the present Petition seeking Review of the Tariff order dated 28.03.2025 passed by the Commission in Petition No. 61 of 2024. PSPCL has submitted that there are errors apparent on the face of record in the order passed by the Commission on account of which PSPCL is being gravely prejudiced and the impugned order has led to an under recovery of its legitimate cost and expenses.
