Background: This Petition has been filed by the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) for seeking fresh regulatory directions considering Commission’s earlier order dated 10.01.2023 passed in Petition No. 60 of 2022, in view of the evolving legal and administrative circumstances, the practical challenges being faced by the field officers of PSPCL and the recent legal advice received from the learned Advocate General, Punjab.
