PSERC: Petition of PSPCL for seeking relaxation and further amendment of Regulation 25 of Supply code 2024

Background: The Petition was taken up for hearing. PSPCL has filed the present petition seeking amendment in Regulation 25 (1) of the Supply Code 2024 to allow the facility of cluster sub-station to the consumers in case the two premises of the same consumer are noncontiguous by virtue of any public property subject to obtaining NOC regarding the same from the public authority concerned by the consumer at its own level.
