PSERC: Petition of PSPCL for Voluntary Disclosure Scheme for AP Consumer of exclusively connected to 11 KV Kurali feeder

Background: The present Petition has been filed by PSPCL for Voluntary Disclosure Scheme (VDS) for Agriculture Tubewell (AP) Consumers exclusively connected to the 11 KV Kurali feeder under Sub-Division Banur, the 11 KV Peerkot feeder under SubDivision Sub Maur, and the 11 KV Sadhowal feeder under SubDivision Rangian under regulation 47 of PSERC Regulation, 2014 and clause 68 & 69 of PSERC (Conduct of Business) regulations, 2005.
