Background: PSPCL has filed this Petition under Regulation 65, 66, 67 of the PSERC (Electricity Supply Code, Standards of Performance and Related Matters) Regulations, 2024 (Supply Code, 2024) read with Regulation 69, 70, 71, 72 of the PSERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005 to define the guidelines/loading norms for installation of Chiller/Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) plant by the developers in their projects.
