Background: Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited (PSTCL) has filed this petition under Regulation-9 of PSERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Generation, Transmission, Wheeling and Retail Supply Tariff) Regulations, 2022 for the approval for the inclusion of spill over works and new works of Urgent Nature (Capital works) in the 3rd MYT Control Period FY2023-24 to FY 2025-26.
