Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grid Interactive Rooftop Solar Photo Voltaic Systems) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2026
Amendment of Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations-
2.1 Clause (ba) shall be added after clause (b) of Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations as under:
(ba) "Behind the Meter" or "BTM" means an arrangement in which the Solar SPV System is connected behind the Consumers' meter, operating in parallel with the distribution licensee's grid, and not opting for any other metering or billing arrangement options and subject to other conditions mentioned in these Regulations.
