Background:
PSPCL has filed petition for True-up of FY 2023-24 and Determination of Aggregate Revenue Requirement and Tariff for FY 2025-26. The petition has been placed before the Commission for admission. Keeping in view the fact that the tariff has to be finalized before the start of the next financial year, the Commission decides to admit the petition.
