PSERC: Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forum and Ombudsman) (3rd Amendment) Regulations, 2026

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 181 read with other provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) and all other powers enabling the Commission in this behalf, the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2016 including First and Second Amendment thereof (hereinafter referred as the Principal Regulations):-

Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forum and Ombudsman) (3rd Amendment) Regulations, 2026

These Regulations shall be applicable to all the distribution licensees including a deemed licensee under the Act.
