As per Regulation 56 of the MYT Tariff Regulations, 2022, PSPCL is required to
submit the tariff proposal for meeting the revenue gap for each year. In this
regard submit the following:
a) Tariff Proposal for FY 2023-24
b) Tariff Related Issues. Submit the segregated ARR of the distribution business into wheeling business
and retail supply in accordance with Regulation 6 of PSERC MYT Regulations,
2022.
