Background:
The present petition is being been filed by Punjab State Power Corporation Limited - PSPCL- seeking review of the Tariff Order dated 14/06/2024 passed by this Hon'ble Commission. By way of the Tariff Order, this Hon'ble Commission has trued up the financials of FY 2022-23 and determined the ARR and tariff for FY 2024-25.
