Background:
In order to promote renewable energy and its integration with grid, the State Government hereby notifies the Rajasthan Renewable Energy Policy, 2023.
To meet the global commitment, Government of India, has fixed a national target of 500 GW Renewable Energy capacity, this will reduce the dependence on conventional sources of energy by promoting non-conventional energy sources.
