The stakeholders have mainly submitted as follows:
Regulation 2.1(1): It should also replace the term 'consumer' with a new term coined for the purpose 'prosumer'.
In this, for 'Group Net Metering', the electricity connections taken by the 'Society' in the residential society for 'common utility' at present and the domestic electricity connections taken by the residents on the number or name of their respective houses and their metering and billing system should also be clarified.
