Background: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) (“Petitioner”) has filed a petition No. RERC/2403/2026 on dated 11.03.2026 under section 86 (1) (h) and (i) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Terms and Conditions of Service for Supply of Electricity, 2021 by Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited issuance of necessary guidelines/ orders directing the Respondent to not raise bills or claim any demand raised for drawl of auxiliary power through tertiary tapping of the Petitioner's ICT and accordingly revise its bills for the meter(s) installed on tertiary side at Power Grid Corporation of India Limited's substation Bassi, Jaipur.
