PUBLIC NOTICE
In exercise of powers conferred under Sections 61 and 62 read with Sections 86 and 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Commission has framed the RERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2020, wherein various norms for determination of tariff in the control period are specified.
