In exercise of powers conferred under powers conferred under Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act 36 of 2003), read with Sections 61, 66, 86 the Act and all other provisions enabling it in this behalf, the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission having framed the Draft Regulations, “RERC (Framework for Resource Adequacy) Regulations, 2026”, invites comments/suggestions from the interested person before finalizing them.
