1. Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd. (hereinafter referred as „RVUN‟
or “Petitioner”), has filed the instant Petition under Section 94 (1) (f) of the
Electricity Act, 2003 for review of Commission‟s Order dated 16.08.2023 in
Petition No. 2070/2022 approved for determination of Final Capital Cost,
Approval of Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) & Tariff for FY 2020-21 to RERC/2170/23
FY 2023-24 for SSCTPP Units 7&8 Power Station of RVUN.
