Background:
1. The Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (RERC or Commission), in exercise of powers conferred under Section 61 read with Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003), framed the following draft Regulations: “The Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2025”.
