Background:
1. The Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (‘RERC' or the 'Commission'), in the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 86(1) (e) read with Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act 36 of 2003) had prepared the following draft Regulations (hereinafter referred to as ‘the draft Regulations’), namely: "Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Green Energy Open Access) Regulations, 2024.
