Due to a paucity of time, the Petition could not be taken up for hearing. However, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that in terms of the business transfer agreement between NTPC Ltd and NTPC Green Energy Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Ltd), this project has been transferred to NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) and hence, the Petitioner may be permitted to file the amended memo of parties, substituting the Petitioner NTPC Ltd with NGEL.
