Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the present Petitions have been filed seeking a grant of transmission licence for establishing the “Transmission Scheme for Evacuation of Power from Potential Renewable Energy Zones in Khavda area of Gujarat under Phase IV (7 GW): Part C” (‘the Project’) and for adoption of transmission charges in respect of the Project as discovered pursuant to the tariff based competitive bidding process.
