Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the present Petitions have been filed inter alia seeking a refund of the amount(s) paid by the Petitioners to the Respondent, CTUIL, which have been wrongfully collected by it towards the surrender of connectivity and/or LTA by the Petitioners at concerned Pooling Stations.
