During the hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the additional information sought vide ROP of the hearing dated 11.7.2024 has been filed, and a copy was served on the Respondents. The learned counsel for the Petitioner also submitted that though the Commission vide the said ROP had permitted the paper publication of the tariff claimed in these petitions, the Petitioner has sent individual e-mails to all the customers of the project, and no reply /response has been received.
