Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, has invited bids for the selection of Battery Energy Storage System Developers (BESSDs) to set up six standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Odisha with a cumulative storage capacity of 500 MWh (125 MW × 4 hours).
