Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited [SECI], a Navratna PSU under MNRE, has floated this RfS as the implementing agency of National Solar Mission. The RfS is issued in line with Ministry of Power Guidelines for Tariff Based Competitive Bidding for Procurement of Firm and Dispatchable Power from Grid Connected RE Projects with Energy Storage Systems dated 09.
