The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has issued an Expression of Interest (EOI No. SECI/C&P/EOI/17/0003/26-27 dated August 3, 2026) to identify Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) sources across India that can support the production of Green Urea and RFNBO-compliant Green Methanol. This initiative is part of the National Green Hydrogen Mission (NGHM), under which SECI serves as the Scheme Implementation Agency for several mission components.
