Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has floated a tender for setting up a 10 MW grid-connected solar power project coupled with a 10 MW/20 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Odisha. The tender, which includes Viability Gap Funding (VGF), reflects the growing momentum for storage-backed renewable energy projects in the state.
