1. Background and Objective
Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI), a Navratna Enterprise under MNRE, is the implementing arm of National Solar Mission.
Under this RfS, SECI on behalf of a C&I consumer invites proposals for setting up 700 MW ISTS-connected Solar PV Power Projects in Special Economic Zones (SEZs) or areas designated as Export Oriented Units (EOUs) of India on Build Own Operate (BOO) basis.
